Shipping Time

  • International Orders: 7–20 business days

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (if available).

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we cannot guarantee successful delivery and may not be able to issue a refund.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Easy Basket is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.

International Shipping

International customers may be required to pay customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.
